We sold our retirement flat through Stonegate Estates in December, James came to take the details and Helen liaised with us throughout the sales process, which was very fast. The flat was well marketed to the target audience and a buyer found within two weeks. We had originally bought the flat through Stonegate in 2015 and so have experienced their service from the perspective of both a buyer and a seller. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
