These people are an absolute joke. They seem really helpful at first but once youve signed they are not interested at all. We were renting a brand new luxury flat, after 3/4 months I noticed a water marking in the skirting board. I felt it & it was damp. I immediately contacted Premier to inform them of this, they took 7 weeks to arrange for someone to come out and "confirm" that yes, there must be a leak. Then a further five weeks for some one to come and cut a hole in the wall to deal with it. The smell (which couldnt be helped) was awful, and we were told some one would be out within a week to re-plaster the wall. This was approximately 11 months ago. Finally some one has come to fill the hole after about 2 months ago. Prior to this 3 times appointments were made to do this repair and no one showed, or when they did it was 3 hours late. As a result of the leak they un-sealed the bath/shower to check for further leaks, this still remains to be sealed to this deal. The hole now has 1 coat of plaster but required another coat and painting.

Further more, the glass splash back in the kitchen which is not designed for use with a 5ring hob as fitted, had now cracked as a result of heat damage. It is impossible to prevent this as the splash back has been secured with a "no more nails" type of fixing agent. The air between where the agent has been applied heats up and cracks. On speaking the company who manufacture the splash back, they clearly state the splash back is not suitable for use with more than 4 standard hobs. Again, contacting Premier re this they informed us that they had the same problem in another flat and they would send us a letter confirming we were not liable for this out of our deposit.....9weeks later .....we are still waiting. After much thought we have decided we cant stay in the flat as its falling to pieces slowly but surely. The reception staff are useless, they never pass messages on or return calls. Having handed our notice, we have today recieved a phone call which really takes the biscuit...We would like to show a potential tennant around your flat at 6pm tonight? Not please could we, or would it be possible. Please note none of the above have been fixed, although i'm sure they will tell you they will do this, just dont hold your breath. Please regardless of whether your are a landlord, tennant, or even any type of property, do not use these people. I also understand they have recently ventured into property sales, whilst I have no direct experience of this with them, please again, take your business else where...
