* Apartment not cleaned when we moved in. Old food in the cupboards, junk in the bathroom, etc.
* Shower broke, it took them 3 days to acknowledge problem and a week before it was fixed. They said repairman was busy, repairman said he was just waiting for them to approve the repair.
* During final inspection they said the flat was adequately cleaned, and anyway it was far cleaner than when we moved in. After we left the country they witheld 150 for "cleaning costs". When asked for details they never replied. We would've gone to court if we were still in UK.
* It took more than a month before we got any of the deposit back at all, despite them promising we'd get it within 10 working days.
