We recently viewed and agreed verbally a price with the Estate agent for a property. We were told that our offer had been accepted and started the ball rolling for the purchase - only to be told a few days latter by the agent that they had accepted another higher offer. Very unethical un-professional behavior. I will certainly be avoiding these scammers in the future. PLEASE AVOID This Estate Agent. There are undeserving of the 1 start we have given them (but without this we would'nt have been able to write this review)

Appalling experience as a landlord. No joined up communication; no loyalty shown. Above market rate management fee (including an extra insurance fee that we had to opt out of rather than opt in) and yet impossible to get accurate, clear information as there are too ...

Comment on agent fees
Large fees to be paid upfront, admin fees, large deposit of £740 when the rent per month was way short and it was a small flat. They charge fees to create a contract and to renew your tenancy agreement after the 6 month period ended they charged an admin fee for that! Isn't it silly to pay an admin fee to continue living in the property? Absolute con artists.
