Whilst the staff are very friendly, they don\'t do a lot. Having lived in a managed property for 20 months issues did arise., as you might expect. We have been more than reasonable throughout our tenancy.

Now leaving the property they make verbal agreements on the deposit to be returned only go back on it and despite being reasonable with them are constantly being messed around.

They will also give you no time to respond if they decide to show someone around the property.

If they make a point that someone will be turning up for any reason, don\'t expect that they actually will....

Realise that they are at the whim of the landlady but if you use their service expect to be messed around and spend your life constantly trying to get things resolved as they will NOT bother getting back to you.

If you do lease through them, you best hound them constantly about issues, and make sure you apply your contractual rights as they sure as hell will when it suits them even if you have been lenient with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Returning calls might be a good start and how about actually carrying out work that should be carried out.
