We bought our new property through Oakfield in Hastings and we mainly dealt with Simon who was very helpful and professional all the way through.
The transaction went very smoothly and we are happy with our property.
The only downside that I will mention was on completion day, no one from the branch rang us to say ¢â‚¬Ëœyour new key are waiting for you' and when my wife went to the branch to collect them, she was chocked that no one said ¢â‚¬Ëœwell done' or ¢â‚¬Ëœcongratulations' to her. Keys were just presented to her ¢â‚¬Ëœhere they are'. There was no bottle of wine, flowers or chocolates. These 2 things are only little touches but we would have appreciated them especially when you buy a new property (still not too late to rectify). Nevertheless we would use Oakfield in Hastings again in the future.
