We booked an appointment for 19.30, a little later that we would have liked but it was agreed with the Vendor.
We arrived outside the property at 19.30 but no one was there, I called the agent at 19.35 to be told he was two minutes away. We continued to wait, and wait, despite repeated (unanswered) calls to the agents mobile, he didn't show. After having stood on the pavement in the dark for 25 minutes, we eventually gave up waiting at 19.55 and went home.
I got a call from the agent telling me he was on his way at 19.55, and that his phone had been cutting out - not when I was ringing him it didn't, he just didn't answer.
We won't be using Winkworth again.
