Firstly the main major issue is the poor communication between the tenants and the company. The staff are rude arrogant and as soon as they have obtained your money (deposit) they don't like to deal with you. If you challenge anything which they have said they become defensive. They promise to rectify faults with the property this includes certain health and safety precautions such as fire alarms and fire doors, then they don't get around to doing any changes and say back if you don't like what we are doing then just leave.

The real issue is when they say they cant contact the landlord, they are telling lies as they cant be bothered to carry out any changes.
