Fantastic Service. Craig artfully dealt with price negotiations on the sale of my flat and calmy dealt with some tricky issues in the sale process, working for the benefit of both myself and the purchaser. They do not operate as a 'corporate beast' promising the world and up-selling Services, but are instead honest and personable, offering the best advice at all times. Well done to the whole team.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were negotiated to a highly competitive rate. The fee level had no bearing on their enthusiasm to get the property sold
