I bought my first property from Sanderson James they were really helpful and efficient the process was really smooth. I didn't have to put any effort in as they were doing all the hard work for me. I would strongly recommend them as a sales agent.

The Lettings and Sales staff were very approachable. They also recommended to put the property on the market to rent. Their fee's are reasonable and very competent to manage any properties. Highly recommend.

I find this review extremely hurtful because it is simply not true. We are being pressured to not claim monies that are owed, you signed the contract which clearly detailed our charges for our service of letting and managing your property and we have not charged a penny more. With regard to the cancellation regulations it is important to bear in mind where and when the contract is entered into, i.e. if it is an 'on premises contract' this is not applicable, and there is no right to cancel, but it is if it is 'off premises' (i.e. signed at the property with you there and then) it does apply. We take this kind of allegation very serious and would like to investigate further as per our complaints procedure. If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to Jennifer Drinkwater at the address below:

The grievance will be acknowledged within 7 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
