The worst ever estate agent and a very good reason why zero stars should be invented. From being rude, tardy and confrontational their style gets worse. I cannot suggest strongly enough to go to another agent. They do not fix issues and charge for any extras. At the end of my tenancy where they had failed to replace any of the items identified as faulty they have charged me and retained all of my deposit. Please do NOT use this estate agency and save yourself a lot of bother.

So many hidden charges...they've even charged £30 to do the inspection for moving out. Don't sort out any repairs yet expect you to have pay to have carpets professionally cleaned. Didn't sort our drug users in flats below. DO NOT USE....

Richard Savidge are very transparent with there fees which are displayed on RightMove, Zoopla in the tenancy agreement and in A Tenants Guide to renting which every new tenant is given and are asked to sign to make sure they understand our fees. This is then kept on the tenants file so no missunderstanding happens. Repairs are carried out on a urgent basis if not urgent then repairs can take a few weeks to complete.
