If I could give this company a big fat minus 10 I would. This company cost me hundreds of wasted pounds due to them renting me a property and for no reason whatsoever, 4 months into the rental their client wanted their property back when I met this company I made it MASSIVELY clear that I was ONLY looking for long term and they had to know their client very well for me to take a property from them.
They gave me all the BS and basically caused me a living nightmare whereby I had to start to save again to move 4 months into my agreement because their client had changed their mind and wanted their property back..
We all know how expensive it is to move and what with these bunch of rip offs fees they had me over a barrel and found it quite entertaining to say the least when I made a complaint to them. They refused to offer me and lowered fees and wanted to try and charge me the same amount again to look for another property.
They lied to me about the owner and to add injury to insult I had not missed a single payment or was not late at all with bills.
I wish there was a way to make you pay for what you did to me and my family. I hope your business goes under and you are seen as the liars that you are.

Terrible liars and outrageous fees, any company that can charge so much for doing to little should respect their clients and look after them. They get paid both ends of the market but do not care one bit if they let you down.

The agent fee's are unacceptable given their incompetence. I asked during a viewing about the fees I would be charged. When I went to sign the tenancy agreement I was charged an extra check in fee which I had not been informed about; but nothing I could do about it at that point really.

Very poor maintenance service, they let issues drag on for months. Staff can be rude and unhelpful. Very unresponsive to emails. I would not use this agent again....

Fees are very high given the service and quality of staff is so poor. There was no pre checking that services in the flat actually worked and no understanding of the arrangements for communal areas like gutters and gardens. They even read the wrong meter before I moved in and had no idea where the stop cock or water meter was
