From the initial contact, through the valuation appointment with Robin, the write-up of our house details, all appointment arrangements, but most especially to Cathy who went above and beyond, every aspect was handled professionally.
From securing the agreed sale, Cathy was all things to all people, keeping the chain proceeding and keeping all parties informed: especially the professionals, other than our solicitor, who were not very forthcoming. Cathy most definitely kept us sane and fully informed, and together with Robin, Bradley's have earns every penny of their fee.
An estate agent earns their fee in retaining a sale and keeping its chain together. Robin and Cathy have been professional throughout our transaction and Bradley's have been mindful of our requests, needs and instructions regarding all aspects of having our home on the market with them.
