This agency should be struck off or investigated. There must be a whole group of distressed victims of The Country Property Group! Agree with the comment above. Since being bullied, lied to, intimidated and threatened by Mary Stanley and her side kick Harriet, we have come across other many victims of this agency. The staff turnover is incredible, I understand some require therapy after leaving! They manipulate clients as they smile and support convincingly, then once committed and the truth becomes clear they twist and deny! I suspect they have years of practice and create smoke screens and drama to avoid the facts that they are con artists working under false marketing and appalling practices. Hear Harriet Pay has supposedly left to set up on her own. Perhaps diligence required to establish if its not just a front to cover for Mary Stanley and CPG as news is getting out regarding their conduct. Beware potential clients, no one needs to engage in such an agency. This agency and the owner should be professionally investigated!
