We fell in love with a house in July last year at a time when we were not even looking to move. Hannells came round and valued our house and got it on the market for us straight away, with viewings taking place after two days of us deciding to go for it! They really pulled out all the stops for us and after 5 weeks, we accepted an offer on our house just in time to have our offer accepted on the house we fell in love with. Of course, that is just the start of the process and the next stage is where Hannells really stand out. Sara from sales progression was absolutely brilliant, she followed up everything and kept us all updated. Without Sara I think the whole process may have taken a lot longer. We moved in to our dream home just before Christmas and we know we could not have done it without Hannells. I recommend them to everyone. They may cost slightly more than the online agents, but house moving is stressful and it is so much more reassuring to speak to a person local to you who you know does actually care about your move and not just the commission.
