Really good firm. We spoke with them on the Monday and by the following Monday we had agreed fees, had pics taken and property was on market.

It sold quickly and then our buyers disappeared off the face of the earth! EA were straight on it, remarketed flat and had another buyer within days.

They were really honest about the price they thought we would get (which ended up being spot on!) and did all viewings. They were flexible with us as we have a baby daughter which meant we needed a bit more leeway for getting out of house etc.

Would recommend Kevin and Derrick in particular.
