I would certainly recommend Bradleys for house sales. On Robin's recommendation, we asked what we felt was a fairly 'full' price for the sale of my late parents' home, which was very substantially above the Probate Valuation done by another firm. Initially we had an offer for the full asking price, which didn't then go forward, and we had to take a drop to a figure the family was happy with in view of the updating needed at the house â still well in excess of the Probate Valuation. As an Executor, I dealt with Robin and Cathy, and felt they had a complete grasp of the 'state of the market', and hence were able to give informed and authoritative advice throughout.
