We were delighted with the quality of the service we received from Perry Bishop and in particular Jackie Carlton who was outstanding throughout the process. She was always available to talk to when I called and always up to speed on the latest status. She consistently chased the other agents in the chain and kept me informed throughout. Despite a chain of 6 and an extremely complicated process, especially in the run up to Christmas, Jackie made the whole experience less stressful. Gavin was also great at the time we got the valuation and offered good advice on the initial price.
