I regularly engage Allen & Harris for 'tenant find' and, while they have been successful in this activity, their office procedures leave much to be desired They are consistently difficult to contact - often 'answering' calls with a recorded message and invariabaly failing to call back. At the moment I am feeling very annoyed with them because of their failure to correct a fee over-charge on one account after 6 weeks of phone calls and complete failure to remit payment received by them 3 weeks ago on another account.
