Since Richard became our advisor, during our house sale we were kept updated with the progress of the sale, and given information that reassured us that every effort was being made to secure our sale completion. The house sale was quite complex and this was dealt with professionally.

I cannot complain much about the branch. They operate as best they can. Somebody comes to inspect every 6 months and spends about 10 minutes doing so. I keep the place tidy. I get no feedback.

Letting fees are generally extortionate but RR do max it out . Not convinced its a fair cost for preparing a tenancy
