I would highly recommend the services of Sawyers Estate Agents in relation to the fully managed letting service they offer.
Having purchased my property through them, I initially dealt with Clive Brown. I found him very approachable and knowledgeable and I was updated throughout the buying process.
I decided to let the property and having been impressed with the service to date and after taking to other agents regarding their fees and services decided to take up Sawyers fully managed service. Unlike the other agents I spoke with Sawyers do not charge set up fees nor additional fees for any amendments, permissions or renewals.
Both Steven Sawyer and Wesley Baxter in the Lettings department are a delight to deal with, having regular feedback after the regular 3 monthly property checks. I receive my statements promptly from Mel Webster and I am always greeted with a friendly voice should I have any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ð

Comment on agent fees
GOOD - very competitive monthly fee. They do not charge any set up fees nor additional fees during the tenancy. For example, should the tenant and I decide to re-new a fixed term the admin is carried out for free.
