This is honest opinion about this bogus agency when my landlord friend called the agent was superb talkative it sounds like he was the right choice for a live out landlord whom had pretty bad experience with previous agency. So my friend he decided to go head with the agency however no agency contract was send only was told that my friend can download from the agent website but there was no contract as far my friend visited the site. My landlord friend realised the real truth after the agent picked up the keys from the previous agent and changed the room door locks which takes the agent more than a week when the agent knew there was a trespassers staying in one of the room. The agent did at first to send emails to the tenants asking them to transfered rent into agent account which is clearly shows the real intention was money not about the property. The agent did not bother to advertised vacant rooms in their website after taken over not even advertised in other Internet site that's what most of agency does first thing. Landlord personally advertised and paid and passed viewers details to the agent and some of the viewers send landlord feedback that when they called the agent did not picked the phone. The agent knew well in advanced the ongoing issues with the property and my friend told me it has been more that a months no property maintenance guy was appointed to dealt with the repair issues in the vacant rooms or nor do landlord received any written quotation from the agent regarding the works. The agent received rent from 2 of the tenant but he told the landlord that he received only one rent in fact he knew he received 2 rent. First rent was paid by the tenant to the agent account on 25th Nov then the second rent came by 30th Nov as per tenants informed the landlord but the rent was transfered after deducted agents fees of course into landlord account much later than the date agent received as agent was promised to pay the rent straightway to landlord account as soon he received. However when my landlord friend ask for the invoice of the work and receipts for the rent the agent did not provide. Within the month landlord have been sending emails asking him the updating the works which needs doing but the agent was ignoring emails. At the beginning the agent was ask by my landlord friend references from the other landlord whom property he managed in the agent website however agent told the landlord that it will takes time for him to get the reference which is bit strange? I am not too sure what work agent has been doing since a month he is managing my friend properties apart from changing 2 door locks when agent was told to change 3locks include living room & few viewings which landlord paid more than £120. Some of the current tenants Informed landlord that they never meet the agent for a live out landlord it is really difficult to rely on this type of agency. I would not recommend any one to appoint this agency in the future
Comment on agent fees
The age that fees is very reasonable however the service is bogus, slow & uncooperative as money is a money whatever he charge he must follow landlord instructions and taking matter seriously rather that "I don't care it's not my property"

Horrible letting agents. Very shady dealings when I moved away from the house they managed leading to my losing my deposit. Complete lack of transparency. Deal with them at your risk....

Terrible service. Management are rude and unprofessional, verging on childish when they throw a tantrum in an email response.

Thank you for your anonymous review as we have no idea who you are of infarct you are genuine it’s is very difficult to fully reply. However all tenants receive a check out report completed by a 3rd party company complete with photographs which are very hard to argue with. ...
