Three weeks after putting in a offer for a property I got a call from Harrison Boothman during which a man who wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways gave me a ear-bashing for having sent the offer letter to the homeowner (I had asked HB prior permission to do this and they had phoned the homeowner, confirmed it with them and given me the go ahead and the name to address it with). He didn't even acknowledge it when I finally managed to tell him that I'd asked before hand; just went on to inform me that this should be 'an education in how to value a property' to me (apparently the offer wasn't good enough!). Pretty annoyed by this, in my opinion, unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour.
