After multiple disappointing experiences with real estate agents in London, CBRE and especially Alex Myles were a breath of fresh air. Comment on agent fees
The fees seem to be fairly standard. We had actually applied to another property at first with CBRE. We then switched to a short let at another flat and CBRE was able to use the fees previously paid to move everything forward.
