We got no response when we had maintenance and heating issues (in one case one of the radiators had fallen off the wall). Much of the refurbishment of the apartment had been done shoddily - for example, gaps where water could get behind sinks and into the wall.

They had a total lack of attention to detail that was astounding, and were often unresponsive for several days. When comparing this to the service I have gotten from Paramount, the difference is astonishing.
