We have just sold our house through Helmores. Rona was fantastic, she is particularly good at remembering which potential buyers are looking for a certain type of property and is very proactive in organising viewings accordingly. She was easy to communicate with, both via phone and email.
Loren took over from Rona's role in our sale as we progressed onto all the legal bits. My partner and I were super-keen to complete on our sale/purchase prior to Christmas, and here we are! Phew!! Loren did an excellent job of contacting the solicitors/our buyers in order to keep us informed about where we were in the selling process. We communicated through email, which was brilliant as I didn't feel I had to keep my phone nearby just in case I got a call.
We are very pleased with the service we got from Helmores - thank you guys! :)

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
