We sold our house through Helmores and our purchase was also through them. We have had such a positive experience with Helmores particularly with Loren, she has been absolutely fantastic. There was a lot of going backwards and forwards between ourselves and our buyers and Loren was always on hand, always keeping us up to date and also giving us advice and finding us a way forward when things were getting tricky! She's is extremely professional but friendly and easy to talk to, I felt I could be very honest with Loren. I feel Loren went the extra mile and everything was done quickly and sorted out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Helmores and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
