Patronising, disrespectful and rude service from KFH. Were incapable of treating us like people when we raised queries and issues with them but instead repeated stock phrases that didn't answer the questions and only frustrated us as it was like speaking to an automated service.
Often they would misunderstand what we were asking of them and would always try and avoid anything appearing to be their fault, when a simply 'sorry' would suffice for forgetting about an issue they instead palm us off to other member of staff and blame each other. They gave us misinformation regarding use of our shared garden and when we moved in the flat was filthy with a tin full of cigarette butts found in one of the bedrooms.
Issues were dealt with incredibly slowly including an issue with hot water that took far too long to sort out. They charged us such high fees when we moved in I assumed that this sort of thing would have been a priority for them but they really couldn't care less about their tenants.
Also at least two members of female staff would not address me properly in person but only speak directly to the male tenants in person. In emails the male tenants were referred to by their first names where as I was Ms 'surname'. I'm not sure what to make of this, whether it was simple rudeness or a genuine gender issue but it made me uncomfortable nonetheless.
