After a few ups and downs with the property we were looking to purchase everything went through relatively smoothly in the end. Any information we needed was quickly answered by either James or Loren and Loren in particular was extremely helpful in chasing up things when required, always getting back to me quickly to let us know what was going on. It is essential to have someone like this and I am sure she is a huge asset to the company. Thank you for all your help with purchasing our property

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
