It is fair to say, the power in the London rental market lies with the Landlords and letting agent. As a tenant, how you are treated is at their discretion. From my experience, there seems to be little incentive for agents or landlords to go to any extent to deliver good customer service; for good properties there will be a queue willing to fill what gaps their are in good quality accommodation. My experience with Morgan Randall has significantly changed my view here.

From the point of enquiry to the check-out process, dealing with the guys and MR was incredibly easy. It seems they are one of the few agents around who understand how to deliver good, understanding and co-operative customer service. I would almost go as far as likening our tenancy in one of their landlord owned properties to a competent concierge service. I would certainly let with MR as a preference in the future as other well known competitors have consistently fallen short of the mark.
