Oh my god, please avoid. We were looking to purchase through B&M but as we got a better deal to sell our own property (0.75% plays 1%), they attempted to pretty much blackmail me into selling through them, Quote: "you don't sell through us, you won't be getting the property" and "only £1800 difference". They act in their own interests not the interest of the buyer or seller. The story goes on and on, but in summary, please do avoid at all cost.
