Worst Lettings agency ever. Rudest people and crazy high fees. Anything goes wrong with the flat they take weeks to sort it out. Don't mind paying for good service but this was a joke! There was a leak in the roof and water rushed through the light fixtures and their advice was for us to go on the roof and fix it ourselves??!!!! Never again!

I am naturally disappointed to read this review. I believed you were happy with things and that is why you renewed the tenancy earlier in the year, but since the weekend it appears you are not. We pride ourselves on good service and try to be friendly and professional at all times, even under what can often be difficult situations for all parties.
As an agency we were not aware of water leaks from this flat to the flat below prior to your occupation of the flat.
