ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. My sister has been living in a property for a while now with a number of problems. No hot water, window frames corroded and letting cold air in, stairs ready to fall through, front door has no proper lock on it, no means of fire escape at all.. The list is endless. My sister withheld rent for a while to try and get repairs done, still no luck, rent is being paid and still no repairs. Asked for a reference to get a council house when Emily told her she would have to put rent arrears on it if she gave a reference, basically meaning she can't get a council house. I wouldn't let my dog live in this house. AGENCY ARE A DISGRACE.
