Waited almost 2 years for extreme mould issues in rented house to be addressed, after 9 months of complaints they painted over it as didn't want to invest in fixing the problem properly. Informed them issue still present and am still waiting.
Problem still exists and has been referred to environmental health department pending further action. Still awaiting any form of reasonable action to be taken.
In addition am currently without hot water or heating for 6th day so far as boiler broke last week.
House is neglected and needs work but inspections seem to only be some sort of required formality.
