WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF COMING ACROSS.
Offered no help throghout tenancy despite various issues with flat, consistently ignored all emails, gave one set of fob and keys between 3 of us and demanded 3 back without payment, tried to take deposit until we went through an independent arbiter and when we moved in, the flat was dirty with absolutely no furniture such as beds for over a week even though we paid for it to be furnished.

Often lied about what had or hadn't been done. Used stalling tactics rather than dealing with problems. Didn't do the maintenance that was promised. Threatened to move us out if we complained too much as they could easily replace us if they wanted to....
