I have unfortunately had to deal with this company for the last 7 years. Thankfully I have now managed to sell my flat and get away from them. Their style of management is to fob you off and never do regular maintenance. Only once the place is crumbling around you they then charge the earth to patch it up. All you get is your stairwells cleaned and the grass cut. Leaking outside water taps, down-pipes over flowing , paint left to peel, stair treads hanging off, inside lights left on 24/7 as they say its cheaper than fixing a motion detector. The list is endless but nothing gets done even if you constantly report. All they do is make up more contracts each year to gain more money. *

We are sorry that you feel we have not managed the development well, which has been a very complex one for a number of reasons but one that we have worked very closely with the Board. All budgets and costs have been approved by the Board. Any contracts entered into have been with the full approval of the Board and do not increase Crabtree's fees, as we do not take any percentages on top of any contracts.
