Terrible company: in a just world, they would be barred from the business they are involved with. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest staff who go to any length to avoid dealing with dissatisfied clients (once the agency has safely pocketed their fee). Should be avoided at all costs, completely unfit for the line of business they claim to have practised for thirty years.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Show respect to customer 2) At least TRY to help him/her 3) Don't persistently defend a shady landlord 4) Don't avoid potentially difficult or inconvenient calls or meetings 5) Don't make feeble and untruthful excuses to customers that a child wouldn't swallow
