Bridgfords Burnley have had bad reviews for their Lettings Department for the last few years and as a Landlord who formerly used them I can confirm that they did deserve it - then. But not now! The incompetent members of staff are no longer there and it should now all be fine. I was so confident in the new office structure that I used them to sell one of my properties and everything went smoothly. The Sales side was always the best in Burnley. It was just the Lettings that were letting the side down badly. Credit where it is due - Bridgfords Burnley are now back on the top spot!

I thought the service was excellent and Beverley the agent knew the information well to sell the house. Her colleagues were equally as helpful and also knew my house when completing any viewing.

Do Not Listen to their recommendations!
Having appointed Bridgfords to sell our property in April this year we foolishly accepted their recommendation to use their approved solicitors, Contrywide Conveyancing. They also recommended our buyer to use another of their "recommended" solicitors, namely "*".
