have a terrible terrible time with them.first of all they are on the constant look out to deduct fees -this repair ,that repair without having the normal ,first formality of even informing the land lord .it is the fifth time that they have charged me for repairs i was never informed of in the first place.i cant believe that such dishonesty exists in this age with all such legal requirements especially when they sign the tenancy agreement to say ,the land lord will be informed of every such action.its not only dishonesty but the no bothered attitude.they never answer phone calls or emails and when they do ,it is of no use.they do not know how to deal with teneants normal issues-in totality,they are as total waste of time and money and i am extremely diasppointed by their too 'posh 'attitude.
they cahrged me for a repair that never existed in the first place and do you know what makes these estate agents happy?Repair after repairs that they can mend with their own mainatence team so that they can charge you £1000 instead of £100 and reap the profits.Really i cant beleive such bad service can happen!!!!!
