I cannot complain with these agents as overall, as a buyer i believe due to their method of pricing properties i did manage to buy my house at a cheaper price than it should have been. They were a bit pushy during the buying process as they claim to be \'express\' as they say they are for clients who want a quick sale, though there were no major problems during the purchase & i moved in with no hassle at all.
However i did have several major problems with the questionable ways they operated before the purcase had been agreed.
After their receipt of my offer for the property, i went back onto the internet and found that the \'in excess of\' price that the property had been marketed at had suddenly risen to just £5 below my offer. Thereby letting anyone else interested know exactly what offer
i had just submitted. Also my bid was accepted the next day, but it was a while afterwards and several phone calls before i could get it marked as SSTC on the webites. They also tried to insist that my bid for the property had only succeded as I had agreed to use their partner solicitors, which i had not, so when i insisted on using mine they tried to say it could affect the sale, & they would have to speak to the sellers again.
But all in all i am happy to be moved into a house i believe i\'ve got reasonably cheap.
