Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend that a single person use this agency, they are ignorant and incompetant. So much so that when moving to a new property anything let by John Hollingsworth was purposefully avoided....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything, we are now pursuing legal advice on how to resolve matters with the agency as they are refusing to cooperate.

We experienced a situation identical to this. What made it worse was that they rudely blamed it on us despite being provided with evidence that the payment had in fact left our bank account in the usual way. When they finally accepted this they suggested that the payment was not labelled correctly despite this being the same label used for over a year. ...
