Did not send the correct key when checking in with the inventory clerk.
Did not send the inventory check in report when asked.
Mail box key was posted so had no way of retrieving the mailbox key! Doh!
Did not send a Tenancy agreement when extending our contract.
did not decorate the property even when their was mould and damp showing.
Did not care for the tenant, instead getting the rent and commission for them selves.
On checking out the clerk used did not add the points outlined when we checked in, so looks like they have the check in clerk in their pockets.
Accusing us of not having the property professionally cleaned, even though when we moved in the property had not been professionally cleaned or decorated.
Told the property was last painted in 2009, we vacated in 2012 so expect us to paint and redecorate from our deposit.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with Berkeley Way. We persistently strive to resolve tenants’ issues swiftly and efficiently, and it is unfortunate that in your case, there was a latent defect in the building, which meant developers, builders and block managers needed to be involved before the matter could be resolved. I am particularly sorry if at any point you felt that the issue was not being given our full attention, or, indeed, your landlords – ...

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Berkeley Way, however there are two inaccuracies in this review that must be corrected. It is sad that we have received a poor review based on something that you thought might happen - and did not! In this instance a slow leak was causing a damp problem inside the flat, which took two contractors several months to trace. When it was clear that the problem could not be resolved, your landlord agreed to release you from the contract, and your deposit w ...
