Regan Best was an absolute star, a credit to her employer. If only the other staff had her customer service skills. Streets Ahead are very good at the sales side of the business, and will find tenants very quickly but their customer service skills are shocking, with the exception of Regan! It\'s a simple thing to rectify, just return calls please. Even if it were the next day, or the day after it would help! They literally ignore you, and (trust me on this) a business does not work more efficiently in this way because the caller will not go away but they will get angrier! A big thank you to Regan, she really works hard to achieve results, if I was her employer I would value her above any other!
