What a shower!
These guys are fine when they are making money off you, but useless, faceless and lacking any dignity or credibility when it comes to resolving problems. They simply wash their hands of things. Ms Henderson, a regional director i beieve is the perect embodiment of this.
I had a property in ealton being managed by these people for around 7 years. Then this year i required the property for personal use. There were many issues with the last tenant and on each time i to.d the branch to serve notice, they took the tenants side and persuaded me to be more lenient. What a hoke. Its left me with more problems and you can guess how proactive they have breen to resolve things.
The real insult though was i agreed to collect the keys on a Thursdy evening before 6pm ahead of. Bank holidy weekend. I had arranged to move in that weekend and had no other housing arrangements. I arrived at the office t 5.45pm to find it locked up..no contact numbers, nothing. A weekend wasted at my expense...whilst the opening times were clearly displayed in the branch window.

Having got no joy from the branch, i escalated this to ms henderson\'s office..and at first sje was seemingly supportive and helpful ...at least he got me my keys...but i said, and stil sy, they screwed up and owe me compensation for the costs and inconvenience caused by their walton on thames branch staff....she initially agreed tht the situation was tong and should never have happened and would look into the matter of compensation...i left it in her hands...

After several weeks of silence i reached out to ms hendrson..and her response is posted below

"Leaders do not accept or agree that we are liable to pay compensation to you.  I attach a copy of our Complaints Procedure should you decide to take this matter further, but we do not consider that there is any case to answer with respect to compensation."

Well ms henderson, is not strictly teling the truth as this is the first time anyone of any management authority has expressed this view to me...and in my opinion it runs counter to the originsl conversation we had...

So now i tried to contact a director...Paul Weller the MD is on vacation....fair enough..but no director was prepared to talk to me...we don"t do that....talk? To a landlord? Us?....you can write in though...indeed...so i have started writing

Faceless. Gutless and devoid of any sense of responisbility - not even an apology. My property goes back on the rental market shortly but not with Leaders...and if you want ot know who not to use to rent out your property in Walton on Thames....avoid Leaders would be my advice based on shocking, shameful, spineless service.

If these are leaders, god help the followers
