Absolutely disgusted with the pushy customer service skills at this branch of Bairstow Eves. Rang up several times to view a property, left a message and ended up ringing back again. Finally got to speak to someone and was quickly transferred to a mortgage advisor. I repeated severalctimes that I wanted a viewing yet was told Icould only view if I had a discussion with their mortgage advisor. I told them I already had a mortgage in principle yet was told they were trying to get me the best deal. I repeated I only wanted to view, not make an offer or give my details. I won't ever yse Bairstow Eves and would rather miss out on a property than be forced to give my details. Much better to use an online estate agent like Purple Bricks and avoid the pushiness.
