Tina has worked hard to resolve the ongoing difficulty that we faced as the tenant was not paying the rent and did not respond to her repeated phone calls, e-mails and letters. she did not give up and her perseverance eventually paid off and the tenant agreed to pay the rent arrears and to leave the house at the end of the section 21 notice
