Maria Evans & co are an extremely professional, supportive and caring estate agent. I have to say that from many years experience with estate agents they are to me, most definitely, the best out there. I could make a very long list of excellent attributes they have, some of which are dedication to providing a smooth and stress free application and lease, extremely kind and helpful in every way. I cannot thank them enough!

Their fees totalled over £8,500. We don’t think that the level of communication during the process wasn’t particularly good. We have experienced a far superior service from another local estate agent

We have only just seen this appalling review left on this site and strongly refute the account given by the potential tenant and his derogatory comments. The gentleman contacted our company 10 November 2015 and we went through his details/requirements. We arranged an appointment for 12 November 2015 at 5.15pm to look at the property, we only do accompanied viewings. We stagger the viewings when we have a lot of interest into 15 minute slots.
