Alex Taylor has offered phenomenal service over the past few months. I have completed today on a lovely house in Worcester and I couldn't be happier. Alex has gone the extra mile in chasing solicitors, contacting builders and electricians for me, and has just been generally patient and courteous at all times. I have limited time in the day to organise anything outside of work, so his service has been invaluable and removed all stress from the process.

Dear sir,
I realise 4 years has passed since your review and my reply, however, I have also noticed you refer to a staff member called 'Kirsten'. To confirm, no one of that name has worked for us in our 25 year history. Without your review, our hard working, caring, and totally professional team would have a perfect set of 5 star reviews on Allagents that they thoroughly deserve.
