We have had a great experience with Helmores. We initially dealt with James Fyfe and then, once our offer was accepted, we were handed over to Loren Eginton. Both responded to all of our enquires efficiently and were proactive in helping us purchase our first home. It's a scary purchase to make but both Loren and James have made the whole process as easy as possible.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
