Extremely unprofessional! Avoid them at all costs ! Their branch manager is the leader of all the mayhem she's called Amy. Theyre always looking for a way to pick up extra money off tenants. I was charged £40 for a key i lost. Not for a lock, for a key! Had no water for two days and no washing machine for a whole week. They don't care about the tenants and i'm surprised they are allowed to even operate. Amy's crazy and so are all the workers. Please find another lettings company don't risk it. I am a recent tenant. Both my landlord and letting agents were very fishy during my whole time at the accommodation. Thought r was just me noticing stuff at first but my housemate (who has also left) shared similar sentiments and a lot of people online do as well!

I'm sorry that you feel our service was unacceptable. We would like to remind you that calls are recorded, and should you wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so by referring to the welcome pack that tenants are given when they move in. If you do not have this, then please contact the office to request a copy of the complaints policy which sets out the procedure to be followed.

There is provision within the tenancy agreements for any charges that may be levied against a tenant where they have not complied with the terms of the tenancy agreement. The scale of charges is set out clearly within the agreement and therefore tenants are aware of this prior to the tenancy commencing. If tenants feel those charges are unacceptable then that should be raised before signing the agreement.

When we receive a deposit from a tenant, this is registered and held by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) so that if a tenant disputes the amounts being claimed at the end of tenancy, the DPS will adjudicate and decide whether the landlord is entitled to recover the amount being claimed. If you are unsure as to how the adjudication process is carried out, or have any questions surrounding the deposit process, then you can call the DPS on 0330 303 0030.

As you were advised during the telephone conversation, there had been an error with the published details in the advert and this had caused confusion for Fiona, who had only been with the company for a short time. Emails are not responded to out of office hours and as you were further advised, we do not offer a guaranteed time of call back. In terms of allowing viewings to take place, this is done by "qualifying" potential applicants. Unfortunately, where an applicant does not meet our qualifyin ...
